PÓŁNOC Nieruchomosci S.A. is a company established in 1999, with a huge experience on the real estate market. We have become one of the greatest companies in real estate industry in the south part of Poland thanks to a consistent development policy. On the 5th November 2007 it was listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange by NewConnect as the first real estate agency in Poland. Publishing the company means obeying strict disclosure requirements as well as raising capital necessary for further development. Thanks to it both investors and clients have a wide access to information about the company, its business and achieved financial results. PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości S.A. is increasing its range constantly. The main scope of operations is:

• Real Estate intermediary. As the owner, we manage one of the largest Nieruchomości PÓŁNOC branches acting on franchising. Each branch is run independently under the brand name PÓŁNOC under a license. In each branch the transaction of purchasing/selling/leasing a property (a tenement house, lands, houses, apartments, commercial properties and premises) can be made. We provide full service, monitoring the transaction till it is finalized.
• Investment in real estate industry is another vital part of our Company. We run an investment branch. For our clients we offer a quick sell of a property “for cash”. We invest in: flats, houses, lands, commercial premises. We purchase shares in business entities which own properties. We also buy real estate properties with the intention of raising the property value through ex. applying for a planning permission. We act on behalf of a client who intends to purchase a property.
• Own property letting office space, warehouse and commercial.
• Real estate advice. We analyze and report the real estate industry for individuals and mass media.
• Real estate managing. We own PROSPECTOR Company which deals with managing a property. We hire licensed property managers. The scope of services is successfully being developed. We manage over 200 buildings and the area of approximately 130 000 square meters.

A wide access to information is ensured to clients, shareholders and investors through own website www.polnoc.pl which has bee designed and integrated with a newly implemented company application CRM since July 2009. The application is being used by the whole network of Biura Nieruchomości PÓŁNOC (Real Estate Agencies PÓŁNOC). The application is characterized by a module design which allows its development.

Stowarzyszenie Emitentów Giełdowych (Association of Stock Exchange Issuers) awarded the functionality and access via website www.polnoc.pl twice in the contest ZŁOTA STRONA EMITENTA (THE GOLDEN WEBSITE OF ISSUER). In this competition, which aim is to choose he best website of the stock exchange listed company, www.polnoc.pl website qualified in 2008 and 2009 for the second stage of the competition, taking the second place in 2009 among nearly 100 companies listed on NewConnect.

PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości S.A. regularly participates in Ogólnopolski Ranking Firm Nieruchomości (Nationwide Real Estate Ranking) organised by C.H. Beck publishing. In the second edition the company was ranked at the 10th position across the country, whereas in the third edition was at the 4th position – proving that from year to year the company holds a higher position. In 2009 the company was ranked at the 4th position of the fifth edition of Nationwide Real Estate Ranking organised by C.H.Beck publishing.

The main criterion used in ranking was the number of establishments of surveyed networks. The number of licensed brokers and agents affected the position of the company. Ranking the high 4th place is a confirmation of positive effect of hard work, the implementation of long-term strategy of action as well as recognition of the highest rank real estate experts who are familiar with the industry and who also verified the companies taking part in the ranking.
