PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości S.A. constantly increases its scope of activities. The main scope covers:
- Real estate agency. As the owner, we manage one of the biggest nationwide network of agencies PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości acting on the basis of franchising. It is one of the first real estate agencies listed on WSE in Warsaw on the platform NewConnect. Each branch acts independently under the brand name PÓŁNOC within a purchased license. In each of our branches it is possible to make a transaction of selling/purchasing/letting the property (tenement house, plots, houses, apartments, flats, commercial property, locals). We provide a full service of monitoring the transaction all the time. Apart from real estate agency we also help with mortgage loans, estimate the property value and issue energetic certificates.
- Real estate investment is another vital activity of the Company. We own investment branch. For customers interested in a quick sell of their property we offer a buy back for cash. We invest in flats, houses, lands, commercial properties. We buy shares in companies having own properties. We also act on behalf of the client interested in purchasing a property.
- We let the properties on own account. We let offices, warehouses or commercial ones.
- We advise on real estate market. Analyses and reports for individual clients and media.
- We manage properties. We own PROSPECTOR company dealing with managing and administration of properties.
