Company's history

January 1999 - PÓŁNOC company was established.
January 2004 - new strategy and development plans.
March 2004 - a new headquarter at Balicka 35 in Kraków.
February 2006 - a new branch in Bochnia to serve Bochnia and Brzesko regions.
30 June 2006 - PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (limited liability company) was set up
8 January 2007 - change the company status from a limited liability company to a joint stock company
19 February 2007 - opening the first branch in Wrocław.
1 October 2007 - opening of Real Estate Agency PÓŁNOC in Białystok.
5 November 2007 - the company was listed on WSE. The subscription of shares reduction was 32.13%. The company PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości S.A. became the first real estate agency in Poland to be listed.
12 November 2007 - the branch in Chrzanów was open.
02 February 2008 - Customer Service Point (CSP) in Tarnów was open.
14 April 2008 - a new branch in Nowy Sącz was open.
19 June 2008 - he company's strategy profile was increased by real estate investment.
4 July 2008 - PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości S.A. was granted ISO certificate
5 November 2008 - a new branch in Legnica was open.
15 January 2009 - 10th Anniversary of the Company.
24 March 2009 - Real Estate PÓŁNOC branch in Łomża was open.
