Development strategy
The most important aims of the Company:
- Development of the network through franchising, which is a sell on the basis of own branch under the brand name Biuro PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości. The license is available for cities with over 30 thousand inhabitants.
The license includes a few fields from which Partners may derive income:
- real estate agency
- estimating the property value
- mortgage loans intermediary
- property managing
- energy certificates
License acquiring costs depend on the region area which it includes.
The company’s Board of Management assumes that in a few years’ time the company PÓŁNOC Nieruchomości S.A. will hold a strong position of a recognizable brand in real estate agencies in Poland.
New branches will be open in the cities’ centers. The company does not exclude location in most popular cities’ commercial centers.
- Introducing new solutions may increase the company’s value, inter alia:
- real estate cash buy-back investment department
- investment in real estate (houses, flats, plots, commercial properties) short and long term
- purchase of shares in other business entities owning properties in their portfolio
- acquiring shares of other business entities having own properties
- investment in lands to increase their value by developing land conditions or gaining a construction permit
- investment in real estate to change its investment use and further resell
- real estate purchase on client’s demand
- real estate industry advice (analysis, reports for individuals and mass media)
