Terms of acquiring the license:
- Register a company dealing with real estate
- Own professional manager license or employ a person with a required license
- Personal commitment in managing or a direct supervision over the agency
- The right to the property in an attractive location in a city
- Financial capacity to open and run an office in the early stages of development
- Preferred higher education and experience in running own company
