Dear Sir/Madam,

Due to ownership law you became an owner or a co-owner of apartments, houses, tenement houses, commercial premises or other real estate. Time when a building was managed or rather administrated by a person with a higher position and who made any decisions concerning the building has passed. Efficient managing a building requires effort and great loads of work. The best solution is to grant these duties to a person who is properly prepared or to a company which employs specialists.

Traditional administration of buildings -stressing technical and legal aspects – is not enough due to a great number of owners. Most owners need a new approach stressing financial aspects resulting in real estate managing function. Further development of this function requires professional approach to manage, such as awarding tasks to specialists.

The main aim of a real estate manager is to manage the owner's property. The manager fulfills their duties specially these appointed by the property owner such as maintenance, rising its value and in some cases rising profit for an owner.
